Biography
Dr. Kang Jia is a part-time professor at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a well-known traditional Chinese medicine doctor. She is also a supervisor for the “3+3” project, which aims to preserve TCM knowledge and practices at the grassroots level, and a guide for academic experience and guidance of the sixth group of Beijing TCM experts. Additionally, she is the supervisor of the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Association.
Dr. Kang specializes in using TCM to diagnose and treat infertility, various gynecological diseases, premenstrual syndrome, threatened miscarriages, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, gynecological tumors, endometriosis, and other diseases. She is also skilled in healthcare during pregnancy, childbirth, and gynecological surgeries. Dr. Kang has helped countless families with fertility issues.
Dr. Kang received her education from Ding Lixian, a disciple of the Qian-Gui-Ding School of Gynecology, and is an eleventh generation inheritor of the Qian-Gui-Ding School of Gynecology. Having engaged in science, education, and research for nearly 40 years, she has is an expert at the knowledge and scientific research level. Her work includes more than 20 published papers on gynecology, two books (including “Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology”), and 10 popular science books such as “800 Questions For Scientific Parenting.”
