Zhi LI

Dr. Li graduated from Nantong University Medical College in 1989 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and later received his Master’s Degree in Medicine from Peking University Health Science Center in 2002. He has visited, exchanged, and studied at Stanford University Women and Children Center and San Francisco Pacific Medical Center. He has been engaged in clinical obstetrics and gynecology for more than 30 years and has mastered diagnosing and treating various difficult and complicated gynecology and obstetrics diseases.

Before joining Beijing United Family Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Dr. Li worked at Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital, Beijing Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Peking University International Hospital as Deputy Director and Director of Obstetrics. He specializes in diagnosing and treating difficult gynecological diseases, maternal health care, head dystocia, high-risk pregnancy, etc. He has rich experience in unprotected natural delivery, standardized minimally invasive cesarean section, and extraperitoneal cesarean section, and forceps delivery, especially in dealing with pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma. He also organized many clinical skill training courses and academic activities.

Dr. Li has over 30 years of clinical experience. In addition to focusing on clinical medical work, Dr. Li also received the training of quality management standard of drug clinical trials at West China University of Medical Sciences and obtained the GCP certificate. Additionally, Dr. Zhi Li has published 46 academic articles in famous medical journals, such as Chinese Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Minimally Invasive Surgery, Chinese Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, and published more than 30 educational articles on the Pregnant Mommy and other magazines. Furthermore, he served as the editor-in-chief and participated in compilation of 9 books. He is also the deputy editor-in-chief of Practical Gynecology and Obstetrics Surgery Atlas.

Dr. Li is a certified obstetrician and gynecologist of Peking University Academic Committee. He is also a member of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Committee of China Association for the Promotion of International Medical Exchanges, China Reproductive Health Committee, Beijing Medical Association Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch, director of Beijing Medical Doctor Association Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist Branch, and vice-chairman of China Obstetrics and Gynecology Vascular Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Intervention Committee of Chinese Chapter of the International Union of Angiology (IUA-CC).
