Dr. Sun graduated from Dalian Medical University. He has received advanced pain technology training such as muscle bone ultrasound, radio frequency ablation, spinal cord electrical stimulation, and intrathecal analgesia pump implantation from China Medical University, Beijing China Japan Friendship Hospital, Henan Orthopedic Hospital and other hospitals. He is very skilled in visual minimally invasive interventional treatment to reduce pain in areas like neck, shoulder, waist and legs.

Dr. Sun is also highly experienced at ultrasound-guided soft tissue, knee joint, shoulder joint, hip joint, sacroiliac joint and other joint injection therapy (drugs, PRP, sodium hyaluronate, etc), radio frequency therapy, ultrasound guided nerve block, and release therapy. He is also able to carry out CT or ultrasound-guided injection therapy for cervical and lumbar pain, radio-frequency ablation therapy, spinal cord electrical stimulation therapy, and physical therapy for soft tissue pain, bone nonunion and other related diseases.

Before joining the United Family Hospital, Dr. Sun worked in a 3A level hospital in Liaoning Province. He founded the pain department and served as the director of the pain department. He had more than 20 years of experience in pain diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Sun has also published several academic articles in core domestic journals.

Dr. Sun is a valued member of the pain branch of the Liaoning Medical Association and the standing committee member of the pain branch of the Liaoning Medical Doctor Association.
