Yan LONG

Dr. Long graduated from Nanjing Medical University in 1994. Then, under the guidance of Professor Bian Xuming, she obtained her Doctorate in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Peking Union Medical College, Tsinghua University in 2003 and 2008, respectively. She would serve as a visting scholar at Prince of Wales Hospital, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she specialized in maternal – fetal medicine.

Dr. Long has been engaged in clinical, scientific research, and teaching work in obstetrics and gynecology for 30 years, and has rich clinical experience in pre-pregnancy consultation, perinatal health care, high-risk pregnancies, and treatment of critically ill pregnant women. She is engaged in clinical and basic research on pregnancy – associated thyroid diseases and the pathogenesis of premature birth. She has successively undertaken and participated in a number of scientific research projects for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Shoufa Special Project, and Beijing Municipal Education Commission.

In recent years, she has published more than 40 Chinese and English articles, including more than 10 SCI – indexed papers, with a cumulative impact factor of nearly 50.
