• Served as Vice President and Director of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Department at Nanjing Tongren Hospital
• Served as  Director of Otorhinolaryngology at Beijing Medical Center ENT Hospital, Capital Medical University

• Nearly 30 papers published in Chinese and English
• Trained and co-trained many master-level doctors
• Participated in a research project on the development strategy of China’s health service industry (a State Council project) presided over by Academician Han Demin of the Chinese Academy of Engineering
