William XIAO

Dr. Xiao received his medical degree from Xiangya Medical School in 2003, and fulfilled his residency training in United Hospital in 2007. In 2021, doctor xiao accomplished specialist training in Xiangya hospital, also he received his Master degree at the same year there.

Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics, Dr. Xiao served in the Qinghua affiliated Chuiyangliu Hospital, Beijing Mini-invasive hospital for 15 years. By researching minimal invasive technique, Doctor Xiao finally find a way to control bleeding during FESS operation. This technique simplify most endoscopic surgery to day case surgery. Also, this technique can reduce post-operation nasal cleaning, thus reduce painfulness of patients especially children.

Dr. Xiao also took charge of a sleep respiratory laboratory for many years, and could deal well with snore related disease. He can manage most of regular ENT operations such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, pharynx and larynx mass resection, and head-neck benign mass surgery. Also, Dr. Xiao published several papers in medical journals.

Dr. Xiao is board certified by Chinese Medical Association. In 2008, Dr. Xiao was in charge of medical service and operation of 2008 Beijing Olympic Green as vice medical manager.
