Education Background

• Earned a master’s degree in Surgery from Weifang Medical University in Shandong and an MD from Capital Medical University
• Obtained a UK NHS work permit in 2008-2009 and received one year of specialized urology training at King’s College Hospital in London, under Professor Peter Thompson, Chairman of the Urology Division of the Royal Society of Medicine
• In 2012, became the first Chinese urologist to win the European Association of Urology Young Scholar Award, funded by the European Association of Urology to study comprehensive urological and andrological treatment at the University of Leuven in Belgium, under the guidance of internationally renowned urologist Professor Van Poppel

Work Experience

• Worked in the Department of Urology at Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University, for 20 years
• Worked in the Department of Urology as clinical researcher at King’s College Hospital, University of London, from 2008 to 2009

Academic Achievements

• Published 52 papers in SCI and core journals, with research on nocturia frequently cited in the Chinese Nocturia Expert Consensus
• Awarded several national, provincial, and international research projects
• Co-authored three medical books as deputy editor and editorial board member
